eVisa India - General information

An eVisa to India is an electronic document that authorizes travel to India.

Types of eVisa to India

  • e-Tourist Visa:

- One-month e-Tourist Visa: a double-entry visa for a stay of up to 30 days; it remains valid for 30 days from the date of issue;
- One-year e-Tourist Visa: a multiple-entry visa with a validity of 365 days from the date of issue; every single stay can be as long as 90 days;
- Five-year e-Tourist Visa: a multiple-entry visa with a validity of 5 years from the date of its approval; a stay in India cannot exceed 90 days each time;

  • e-Business Visa: a multiple-entry visa issued for 1 year; its validity starts from the date of issue; the visa enables numerous entries, and its holder is permitted to stay in India for up to 180 days in total;
  • e-Medical Visa: a triple-entry visa valid for 4 months from the date of issue; it permits a 60-day stay in total - either consecutively or spread over 3 separate visits.

Our specialists will process it on time so you will receive your visa and will be able to travel to your destination with a valid document.
Please note that we can process your application 120 days before your date of arrival to India.

Requirements for eVisa

Tourist eVisa

  • Copy of your biometric passport. The passport must be valid at least six months from the date of arrival to India
  • Photograph of the applicant (digital)

Business eVisa

  • Copy of your biometric passport. The passport must be valid at least six months from the date of arrival to India
  • Photograph of the applicant (digital)
  • Copy of your business card or invitation letter from an Indian company

Medical eVisa

  • Copy of your biometric passport. The passport must be valid at least six months from the date of arrival to India
  • Photograph of the applicant (digital)
  • Copy of Letter from the hospital concerned in India on its letterhead
Note: One application is assigned to one passport number. For example, for a family of three people, you will need to complete and submit the form three times.
The passport should have at least two blank pages for stamping by the Immigration Officer.

Evisa to India is NOT available for:

  • International travellers having Pakistani Passport or Pakistani origin
  • Diplomatic/Official/Service passport holders
  • Individuals endorsed on parents/spouses passport
  • International travel document holders
